Crew Travel Coordinator at Allegiant Airlines in US

Job Summary:
The Crew Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing Travel arrangements for Allegiant Crewmembers, including temporary duty, charter, training, and irregular operations. This includes booking hotels, air, and ground transportation while adhering to company policies, procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA). The Coordinator will ensure cost-effective Travel solutions while maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting Allegiant's core values.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel center operations or industry-related functions
Must be authorized to work in the US
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
Flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and shift work
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, and MS Word
Familiarity with booking platforms, Sabre experience preferred
Previous customer service experience
Key Responsibilities:
Process Travel requests for Crewmembers using an online booking tool, ensuring compliance with CBAs
Maintain knowledge of Crew duty and rest requirements
Update Travel details in the Crew Scheduling System
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with vendors via phone and email
Ensure service level agreements are met according to company standards
Communicate effectively with Crewmembers via phone, email, and JIRA
Maintain a professional demeanor and provide high-level customer service
Liaise between Crewmembers and corporate management, including Inflight, Flight Ops, Training, and Crew Services departments
Reconcile monthly credit card charges related to Travel expenses
Record and document all transactions accurately
Train new hires and assist fellow team members as needed
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Crew Services Leadership
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs
Regular attendance and shift flexibility required
Exposure to moderate noise and temperature variations in an office environment
Essential Services Provider:
As an essential service provider, Allegiant employees may be required to work during national or state emergencies, unless otherwise restricted by local, state, or federal orders.
Compensation:
Hourly Range: $17.78 - $22.60
