Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flight journey.
Provide excellent Customer service, including serving food and beverages and responding to passenger inquiries.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Handle emergencies efficiently, including first aid and evacuation procedures.
Maintain cabin cleanliness and complete necessary flight paperwork.
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment across early and late shifts.
Represent Ryanair Group with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm and Energy: A passion for Customer service and working with people.
Customer Service Background: Previous experience in Customer-facing roles (e.g., bar, restaurant, or retail) is preferred but not required.
Eligibility to Work in the UK: Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network (including Pre-Settled status holders).
Physical Requirements:
Height: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
Personality: Friendly, hardworking, adaptable, and outgoing.
Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Availability: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including early mornings and late evenings.
Travel Enthusiasm: A love for meeting new people and discovering new places.
