Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flight journey.

  • Provide excellent Customer service, including serving food and beverages and responding to passenger inquiries.

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

  • Handle emergencies efficiently, including first aid and evacuation procedures.

  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and complete necessary flight paperwork.

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment across early and late shifts.

  • Represent Ryanair Group with a positive and professional attitude at all times.


Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and Energy: A passion for Customer service and working with people.

  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in Customer-facing roles (e.g., bar, restaurant, or retail) is preferred but not required.

  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network (including Pre-Settled status holders).

  • Physical Requirements:

    • Height: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

    • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

  • Personality: Friendly, hardworking, adaptable, and outgoing.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Availability: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including early mornings and late evenings.

  • Travel Enthusiasm: A love for meeting new people and discovering new places.
