Job Purpose:
The Manager, Revenue Management will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to meet and exceed corporate revenue goals for specific routes and origin-destination groups. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Management, the role involves leading a team, monitoring market trends, and working across departments to optimize performance in line with evolving market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Flight Revenue and Demand Managers to meet revenue targets.
Strategy Development: Design and implement effective revenue management strategies, adjusting to market conditions and trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with Network Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies and enhance performance.
Market Analysis: Maintain an understanding of market forces, seasonality, and competition to guide decision-making.
Revenue Monitoring: Track and report revenue performance, making tactical adjustments as necessary.
Capacity Planning: Collaborate with Scheduling to implement short-term capacity actions to maximize opportunities.
Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts in revenue management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the airline industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience in Origin-Destination Revenue Management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Employment Conditions:
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (English and French).
