Job Title: Engineering & Maintenance Specialist at FlyDubai

Job Overview:

Join our dedicated Engineering and Maintenance teams, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and Airworthiness of our expanding fleet of Aircraft. Our teams work across various specialized departments, including Line Maintenance, Technical Services, Materials, and Workshops, to maintain our Aircraft in top condition. This is an exciting and challenging role, offering the chance to work with the latest NG (Next Generation) and MAX Aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on NG and MAX Aircraft to ensure continued Airworthiness.
Collaborate with Technical Services to provide expert solutions for any technical issues that arise during flight operations.
Manage materials and parts needed for Aircraft repAirs, ensuring timely availability and inventory control.
Conduct thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and repAirs of Aircraft components and systems to maintain optimal performance.
Coordinate with workshop teams to support Aircraft servicing and overhaul processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to aviation safety regulations and organizational policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and overall quality in Aircraft maintenance operations.

Requirements:

Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications in Aircraft maintenance.
Experience in working with NG and MAX Aircraft models is preferred.
Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
