Technical Operations (Tech Ops) are responsible for all facets of the preventative maintenance and repair of airplanes to ensure Aircraft are airworthy and all Technical aspects are documented properly. They are responsible for the airworthiness of the Aircraft while ensuring compliance with all of the procedures using the Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and/or task cards. Overview:
The Technical Operations (Tech Ops) team plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and airworthiness of our Aircraft. We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our team who will ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, perform preventative maintenance, and handle repairs. You will have the opportunity to work on complex systems and travel for specialized Jobs and major inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure the airworthiness of Aircraft in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and task cards.
Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshoot, and resolve any mechanical or Technical issues related to Aircraft systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure that all safety and quality standards are followed during maintenance operations.
Travel to various locations as needed for special projects or major inspections.
Support continuous improvement efforts in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical certification in Aircraft maintenance or aviation mechanics preferred.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aircraft maintenance or a related Technical field.
Strong understanding of Aircraft systems, including engines, hydraulics, avionics, and airframes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and maintenance guidelines.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
