As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the flight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and Professionalism:

  • Ensure timely attendance, impeccable grooming, and fitness for all assigned flights.

  • Participate in pre-flight briefings to review flight details, roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.

2. Safety and Security:

  • Instruct passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their well-being throughout the flight.

  • Identify and address safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Administer first aid when necessary and promptly report any irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and maintain accurate records in the aircraft logbook.

  • Provide exceptional service by addressing passengers' pre-booking requests and needs.

  • Assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.

  • Promote on-board sales and charity services, contributing to individual and team revenue targets.

4. Cross-Checking and Reporting:

  • Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure all necessary supplies, emergency equipment, and catering items are onboard.

  • Report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain and ensure the aircraft cabin is cleaned and re-catered efficiently.

  • Perform post-flight briefings and assessments, reporting any issues and closing duty-free containers.

5. Professional Development:

  • Maintain professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedures workshops, and by keeping your license current.

  • Contribute to team goals and achieve allocated sales targets.

Important Requirements:

  • Age: 20 to 33 years

  • Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)

  • Weight: Proportional to Age and Height

  • Appearance: Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos

  • Health: Medically and physically fit for cabin crew duties, capable of swimming with a flotation device

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.

  • Training: First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training is a plus.

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in Written and Spoken English.

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in cabin crew roles or customer service in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus.

  • Active cabin crew license is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in shift patterns and extended hours.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.

  • Strong ability to meet policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
