Role: Business Manager, Newcastle
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the success of our Global engagement centres by ensuring world-class customer service through multiple channels. Your leadership will be key in engaging, valuing, and motivating your team to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of up to 7 Team Leaders and their specialists and advisors across a 7-day shift pattern.
Drive customer service excellence, recognize and reward team achievements, and address performance issues.
Achieve or surpass metrics related to productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and colleague satisfaction.
Use data and insights to guide decision-making and proactively seek solutions.
Serve as an approachable role model, collaborating and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in people leadership within a fast-paced, Operational setting.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication Skills for Collaboration, Influence, and Negotiation.
Resilience and flexibility to adapt to customer and Operational needs while leading by example.
Experience Required:
At least 24 months of experience leading a team, focusing on Motivation, Coaching, and Performance Management.
Background in a Contact Centre environment with a focus on remote customer service and high team Performance.
