As a Cargo Agent, you will play a crucial role as the face of Delta Cargo, interacting directly with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Ensure safe and timely processing of Cargo shipments, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet operational needs and maintain a high standard of service.
Handle various Cargo tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, ensuring items are correctly processed and documented.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Delta’s safety standards.
Utilize digital tools for tracking and managing Cargo operations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Scheduling
Shifts are based on operational needs, ranging from early morning to overnight.
Work hours will vary between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on seniority and station requirements.
Compensation
Starting pay is $21.85 per hour, with regular pay increases over 10.5 years.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic digital literacy.
Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
Must pass a physical ability test (PAT).
Must wear company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Cargo freight and warehouse operations.
Strong typing and computer skills.
