Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time R44 Helicopter Line Pilot to join our team. This position requires the candidate to live on Hamilton Island and report to the Deputy Head of Flying Operations (HOFO). The role involves supporting day-to-day operations and providing safe, professional, and compliant flight services in line with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safe and compliant flight operations as per company guidelines and aviation regulations.
Follow the company operations manual, SOPs, and applicable CASA regulations.
Ensure professional conduct and high safety standards during all flight operations.

Minimum Requirements:

500 hours PIC (Pilot in Command) Helicopter
100 hours PIC R44 Helicopter
Current HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certification
Current Dangerous Goods (DG) certification
Current ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
Pre-employment DAMP (Drug and Alcohol Management Plan) test clearance
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Satisfactory score in the Pre-Employment Compass Pilot Aptitude Test

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with over-water and float operations
Turbine endorsement
Background in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
