About The Role

Harrods is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Heathrow store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for visitors from around the globe. As a Sales Specialist, you will be a key representative of the Harrods brand, delivering world-class customer Service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, and building lasting relationships with customers to help achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer Service by engaging with visitors from diverse backgrounds.

  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across a wide range of luxury goods.

  • Build strong customer relationships to support business goals and brand loyalty.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting Harrods' values and high standards.

  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop floor, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Work collaboratively with a team to meet Sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with airside pass requirements, including satisfactory references and a Criminal Record Check.


Requirements:

  • Retail or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience within a senior Sales or retail role is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to make a quick and lasting impact with customers and team members.

  • Passion for Harrods: A genuine interest in luxury retail and the Harrods brand.

  • Motivation to Learn: A commitment to developing your product and industry knowledge.

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to surprise and delight customers with exceptional Service and innovative solutions.

  • Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage the shop floor efficiently and support smooth daily operations.

  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.


Additional Information:

  • Successful applicants must provide satisfactory references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to obtain an airside pass. While holding an airside pass is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

  • Due to the demand on the Airport ID unit, new airside pass applications may take approximately 3 months to process. More information will be provided during the interview stage.
