Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Aviation Soft Skills Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the interpersonal and communication abilities of aviation professionals. Your expertise in soft skills development will contribute to elevating the overall competency and performance of individuals within the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions focused on enhancing soft skills within the aviation sector, including but not limited to communication, teamwork, leadership, and customer service.

Tailor training programs to address specific needs and challenges faced by aviation professionals, ensuring relevance and applicability.

Create innovative training materials, resources, and assessments to support the learning objectives.

Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement of training content and methodologies.

Provide mentorship and guidance to aviation professionals, offering support in skill development and career advancement.

Facilitate compelling soft skills training sessions for diverse audiences.

Create tailored training modules to address organizational requirements.

Evaluate and assess participants' progress during and post-training sessions.

Stay abreast of industry trends, integrating pertinent content into training programs.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Soft Skills Trainer with at least 1 year of expertise.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to tailor training content to accommodate various learning styles.

Comfortable with remote work and available for part-time commitments.

Proficient in utilizing virtual communication tools for effective training delivery.

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably within the aviation industry.

In-depth knowledge of soft skills development techniques and methodologies, with a track record of successful training delivery.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and resources.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules of aviation professionals.
