Flight Attendant in Royaljet

Responsibilities:
Ensure highest standards of safety and customer service.
Perform effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and exceed guest expectations.
Understand the value of safety and customer service in a non-scheduled, challenging operation.
Execute all aspects of onboard service per Cabin Service Manual.
Contribute to service excellence, safety, and security on RoyalJet aircraft.
Communicate observations and VIP feedback to LFAs, keeping guest profiles current.
Stay updated on trends and requirements in private aviation.
Maintain valid mandatory documentation (passport, visas, licences, etc.).
Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality statements.

Video Interview Guidelines:
Three questions, 1-1.5 minutes for each answer.
Choose a suitable location with a proper background.

Test hardware beforehand; use a webcam or Spark Hire mobile app.
Strong internet connection is recommended.
Skills Required:
Cabin Crew experience in a recognized international airline, Premium Zone experience preferred.
Completion of Ab Initio, SEP, Service, First Aid, CRM training.
Preferably holds a valid flying crew licence.
Current flying crew or a maximum of 1 year out of service with justified reasons.
Impeccable grooming and etiquette.
Minimum High School certificate; university degree preferred.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Organisational commitment and attention to detail.
Intermediate level of computer skills.
