Position Overview:

Alaska Airlines seeks competent and motivated candidates for the role of Airline Pilot. You will be in charge of safely operating and navigating commercial Aircraft to transport passengers and cargo to domestic and international locations. You will be critical to preserving our remarkable safety record and providing our guests with an exceptional travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Flight Operations:

Operate and command the Aircraft safely and in accordance with all applicable legislation and corporate procedures.

Safety: 

Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.

Navigation: 

Ensure accurate navigation and precise execution of flight plans.

Communication:

 Effectively communicate with Air traffic control, crew members, and other relevant parties during all phases of flight.

Emergency Response: 

Respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations, following established procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

Customer Service: 

Uphold Alaska Airlines' commitment to excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Qualifications:

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate

Minimum of 3,000 flight hours

Experience on type preferred

Valid First Class Medical Certificate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with Alaska Airlines or regional affiliates

Experience flying in challenging weather conditions

Experience with advanced avionics systems
