Overview of the Position:
Flying our fleet of contemporary aircraft in a safe and effective manner will be your primary duty as a Virgin Australia Pilot. Key Responsibilities:
Safe Aircraft Operations:
Execute safe takeoffs, landings, and flights in accordance with Virgin Australia and aviation authority standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure the well-being of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
Flight Planning and Navigation:
Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including route analysis, weather assessment, and fuel calculations.
Utilize advanced navigation systems to ensure accurate and efficient flight operations.
Communication and Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with the cockpit and cabin crew to ensure seamless communication and coordination during all phases of flight.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Continuous Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and technology.

Customer Service:

Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) preferred.
