Captain

Minimum Requirements

Type Rated

  • B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months.

  • At least 5,000 hours of total flying

  • At least 1500 hours in command of multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft in excess of 10 tons of operating weight

  • At least 1000 hours in command of B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.

Non-Type Rated

  • At least 5000 hours of total flying time and a minimum of 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft over 55 tons of operating weight (A318 or larger)

  • At least 6000 hours of total flying time and a minimum of 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft over 50 tons of operating weight (EMB 190/195 or similar)

Training Bond: 3 Years

  • NTR USD 36,000

  • TR USD 24,000

Pay and Benefits

  • Basic salary + housing allowance + transportation allowance: monthly AED 43,325

  • Variable Flying Pay: 

  • Avg. Monthly AED 16,310 (based on an average of 70 flying hours)
