📋 Role Requirements:

Minimum age requirement: 21 years
Height requirement: 5’2’’
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic or another language being advantageous
Excellent communication skills for interacting with passengers professionally
Valid passport for unrestricted travel
Proudly represent the flydubai uniform
No visible tattoos or body piercings
Confidence in water and ability to use flotation aids/life jackets

🎓 Education and Experience:

High school diploma is essential
International aviation experience is advantageous
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales

💼 Pay & Benefits:

Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 7,500
Variable Flying pay: Average monthly AED 3,800 (based on 80 flying hours)
Additional benefits include medical insurance, end-of-service benefit, 30 days of paid leave per year, annual leave ticket, and concessional tickets for family and friends
