We are seeking a highly skilled HR Director to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business needs and ensuring the successful implementation of company strategy and objectives. The primary goal of this role is to promote our corporate values and enable business success through effective human resources management.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
Oversee all HR functions including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and facilities management services.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Establish and conduct a comprehensive recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; provide guidance to Directors on candidate selection.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Manage the company's pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, job evaluations, and preparing pay budgets.
Monitor individual pay actions, recommend and implement pay structure revisions as needed.
Utilize HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective HR operations.
Lead HR initiatives and projects as assigned, demonstrating agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferably in Engineering)
Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated to join a start-up
Ready to take on challenges and initiatives
Versatile enough to work across various niches and diversified work
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
