Qualifications and Requirements:

✈️ Eligibility:

Minimum age of 18 at the time of application.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
12 months of customer service experience.

🌐 Documentation:

Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 12 months before expiry, allowing unrestricted global travel.
Ability to acquire a US Visa.

🔍 Background Check:

Undergo a Criminal Record Check for all countries of residence for six months or more in the previous five years.
Provide satisfactory references for the last five years.

🛫 Operational Requirements:

Ability to obtain and retain an airside pass.
Willingness to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your entire career.
Preparedness to spend periods of time away from home and engage in stand-by duties in the proximity of your airport base.

👔 Uniform Standards:

Wear the British Airways uniform to the required standard.
No visible tattoos or body piercings; tattoos must be reasonably covered.
Plasters and bandages must not be used to conceal tattoos or piercings.

🎓 Training and Certification:

Undertake and successfully complete initial training to obtain a UK CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).

💉 Health Requirements:

Yellow Fever vaccination certification or eligibility for an exemption.
