Our Performance Trainers report to the Regional Cabin Crew Training Manager and are responsible for providing ongoing training, support, and coaching to our Cabin Crew teams, ensuring that Company and regulatory procedures are followed and that our customers receive the best possible service and standards - both in flight and on the ground - in accordance with our Great Deal Friendlier objectives and KPIs.
In this role, you will collaborate with other Performance Trainers to maintain consistently high training standards and create memorable experiences for our colleagues and customers. You will also collaborate closely with your Cabin Crew Performance Manager and Base Management teams to ensure complete support and development for new and existing Cabin Crew and Pilots.
What will you do in this role?
Identify and analyze training and development needs, make recommendations, and ensure that any targets are SMART and connected with company priorities.
Provide initial and recurrent training to cabin crew, ensuring that all are taught to the highest quality of service, safety, and sales.
One-on-one coaching and support for cabin crew, tailored to each individual's needs.
Keeping up with Cabin Safety and Training Manuals and relevant regulatory procedures.
Continuously seek methods to improve the safety, service, and sales culture, providing recommendations and receiving buy-in from all key stakeholders.
Positively influence the safety, service, and sales culture among cabin crew by engaging individuals and groups to deliver the highest performance standards.
When not doing training tasks, operate as a cabin crew.
What key skills and experiences will you already have?
To be considered for the post, you will—
Have held your Cabin Crew Attestation for at least two years.
Already be displaying role model behaviors.
Have a strong understanding of Jet2.com safety and standards, as well as experience motivating and coaching teams.
Have outstanding communication skills, as well as an improved ability to write and give evaluations utilizing the "Stop, Start, Continue" methodology.
An enthusiasm for helping others develop in their roles.
Please be informed that if you are not already a Senior Cabin Crew Member at Jet2.com, you must have prior training experience to be eligible for the position.
This post demands flexibility and will entail travel to other bases, training venues, and our training center in Bradford, thus all candidates must have a full UK driving license to be considered for the position.
