Alliance Airlines is expanding its operations, and we are actively seeking a Safety and Quality Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring safety and quality across all aspects of our business. The Opportunity
As a Safety & Quality Coordinator, you will work closely with our Safety & Quality Business Partners to deliver our Department Strategy, with a focus on Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to produce reports based on data extracted from systems, ensuring compliance with the Safety Department's reporting requirements. Additionally, you will support the conduct of safety and quality-related activities, including risk identification and management, and assist in the administration of the Safety Management System (SMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS).
The Safety and Quality Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to:
-Partner with Safety & Quality Business
-Partners to deliver the Department Strategy, focusing on Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance.
-Participate in and conduct audits, investigations, and assurance activities, submitting audit reports for review, receiving, and acting on feedback.
-Produce reports based on data extracted from systems, ensuring compliance with the Safety Department's reporting requirements.
-Support the conduct of Safety and Quality related activities, including risk identification and risk management.
-Administer the Safety Management System (SMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS), including conducting risk assessments and maintaining manuals.
-Undertake safety and quality continuous improvement activities.
-Attend and present items at Department Safety Action Groups and other meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
-Prior Auditing Experience
-Ability to interpret data and produce relevant reports.
-Well-developed computer literacy skills specifically with Microsoft Suite.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Aviation Lead Auditor Diploma/Certificate (Desirable)
-Aviation Safety Investigator accreditation (Desirable)
-Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (Desirable)
-Environmental accreditation (Desirable)
-Background in Aviation (Desirable)
