Job details:

■ Coordination and management of ground training for FOUG trainees

■ Implementation of orientation for flight crew members upon joining the company

■ Management and updating of uniforms, equipment, etc. lent to flight crew members, and equipment installed in the cockpit (excluding EFB related matters)

■ Confirmation and management of flight crew expense settlement

■ Management of accommodation hotels used by flight crew, transportation between airport hotels, and coordination with related departments

■ Consideration, procurement, and management of food and beverages necessary for flight crew on board (as necessary)

■ Confirmation of flow lines within the airport, and dissemination to flight crew and related departments

■ Daily support work for flight crew

■ Response to various issues related to flight crew labor

■ Response to flight crew insurance contracts, etc. Coordination with related operations and related departments

■ Support work for foreign flight crew

■ Coordination and management of company-managed housing and associated facilities and equipment used by flight crew

■ Support for the Trust Pilot Program

■ Organization and management of the flight operations headquarters Management of personnel, etc. and maintenance of documents related to them

■ Issuance management of Flt Ops Update

■ Other incidental work related to the above operations, etc.

Application requirements:

■ Have practical experience using Office.

■ Good communication in the workplace

■ Japanese language required. Japanese language ability at a level that allows you to understand Japanese laws.

■ Ability to work full-time

■ If you are a foreign national, you must have a residence status that allows you to work in Japan (student visa not available)

■ Always have a desire to improve and take on challenges, and be able to strive to improve one's own knowledge and skills.

■ Business level English proficiency. Ability to read, write, and converse in English

■ Work experience related to flight crew labor management or related work experience is a plus.

■ Knowledge of labor-related laws and regulations is a plus

Qualification requirements:

Must have graduated from a university or have equivalent academic ability. However, this does not apply depending on ability, track record, personality, etc.

Work location:

Narita International Airport Terminal 3　

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00

Flextime system applicable (core time 10:00-16:00)
