About the Role:
As a Cabin Crew Member with flydubai, you will be the face of our airline and the city of Dubai, serving as brand ambassadors and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch inflight service to our passengers, making their journey memorable. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will encounter a variety of experiences, requiring flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to our core values. Your role will involve being warm, welcoming, and always helpful, creating a positive and lasting impression on our passengers.

Role Requirements:

Age: Minimum 21 years
Height: 5’2’’ (157 cm)
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written); fluency in Arabic or another language is a plus
Customer Service Skills: Able to professionally handle passengers in a customer-facing role
Travel: Valid passport allowing for international travel
Teamwork: Excellent team player with the ability to communicate with diverse nationalities
Appearance: Proud to wear the uniform; no visible tattoos or body piercings
Safety Skills: Confident in water with flotation aids/life jackets; ability to climb into a survival raft from the water
Personal Traits: Motivated, reliable, hardworking, passionate, friendly, and fun

Education and Experience:

Essential: High school diploma
Preferred: International aviation experience
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or sales

Training Bond:

USD 2,650 (approx. AED 9,700) for the first year

Pay & Benefits:

Basic Salary: + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 7,500
Variable Flying Pay: Average Monthly AED 3,800 (based on an average of 80 flying hours)
Medical Insurance: Comprehensive coverage
End of Service Benefit: Provided upon completion of service
Paid Leave: 30 days per year
Annual Leave Ticket: Provided
Concessional Tickets: Available for family and friends
Contract: Open-ended
