As an Inflight Retail Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our onboard Retail experience. Your primary mission is to ensure that every passenger enjoys a seamless and outstanding shopping experience during their flight. Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations Management: Oversee daily Retail Operations onboard, including product selection, inventory management, and sales execution. Ensure that all Retail activities align with company standards and contribute to an exceptional passenger experience.
Product and Merchandising: Curate and manage the selection of products available for purchase onboard. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure a high-quality and diverse range of items that cater to passenger preferences and needs.
Sales Strategy and Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. Analyze sales data and passenger feedback to identify trends, adjust offerings, and optimize sales performance.
Customer Service Excellence: Collaborate with cabin crew to provide excellent customer service. Address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience for all passengers.
Training and Development: Train and support cabin crew in Retail procedures and sales techniques. Ensure that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell products.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all Retail activities comply with aviation regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and address any potential issues.
