Position: Forecasting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the airline's revenue forecasting procedures
Model revenue projections based on forward bookings and sales trends
Develop long-term route-level forecasts using regression models with macroeconomic factors
Oversee the revenue budgeting process
Collaborate with the Network team on capacity optimization and simulate the revenue impact of different capacity scenarios
Work with Data Science to establish systematic processes for improving forecasting accuracy
Partner with the Pricing & Revenue Management team to integrate the latest market insights and pricing actions into forecasting models

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Holds a completed BSc or MSc degree
Fluent in English, both Written and Spoken
Exceptional Analytical skills, with expertise in creating and maintaining complex Excel-based models
Strong commercial acumen
Highly motivated and enthusiastic about working for a rapidly growing airline poised to be a top 10 global player
Advanced knowledge in applied mathematics or economics is a plus
Prior experience in forecasting and modeling is essential, though a background in aviation is not required
