Job Title: First Officer (Pilot) - Etihad Airways

Job Summary:

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is seeking highly motivated and experienced First Officers to join our growing team. As a First Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while operating one of the most modern fleets in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Captain in flight preparation and operation, ensuring all safety procedures are strictly adhered to.
Conduct pre-flight inspections, check flight plans, and review weather conditions.
Monitor aircraft systems and performance during the flight, reporting any abnormalities to the Captain.
Manage communications with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and follow all ATC instructions.
Ensure that all required documentation and logbooks are completed accurately.
Provide exceptional service to passengers, maintaining Etihad Airways' high standards of hospitality.
Support the Captain in managing in-flight emergencies, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain currency and competency.

Qualifications:

License: Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Frozen ATPL issued by ICAO contracting state.
Flight Experience: Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flying time, with at least 1,500 hours on multi-engine, multi-crew aircraft.
Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Education: A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in aviation or related field is preferred.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an asset.
Age: Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Citizenship: Candidates should meet the visa requirements for the UAE.
Other Requirements: No history of aviation-related accidents or incidents; clean criminal record.
