What We Are Looking For

We are seeking dedicated team players to join our Engineering Operational Maintenance team at Heathrow's Terminal 5. You should be proactive, passionate about safety and punctuality, and a role model for technical standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 40+ engineering colleagues.
Ensure safe and professional engineering operations to meet business metrics.
Serve as a role model for technical standards and collaboration.
Support the engineering department and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Maintain safe and secure working practices.
Deliver on shift performance metrics, including quality, safety, operations, customer service, financials, and team management.

Requirements

Experience managing large teams (essential).
Engineering degree, Aircraft maintenance license, or equivalent qualifications.
Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (essential).
Ability to hold a full Airside Identity Pass and pass a Criminal Record Check.
Full UK manual driving license with no more than 3 penalty points (essential).
Ability to obtain an Airside Driving Permit (training provided).
Pass a medical assessment.
Responsible attitude towards safety and security.
Operational focus (essential).
