Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the cabin crew team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, delivering high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive and professional working environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of airline operations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, supervise, and support the cabin crew team to ensure efficient and professional performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee the training and development programs for cabin crew members.

Safety and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all cabin crew members adhere to aviation safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Manage and investigate in-flight incidents, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.

Operational Efficiency:

Coordinate flight schedules and crew rostering to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Manage resources effectively, including equipment and supplies.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure smooth flight operations.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout all flights.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Implement new service initiatives to enhance the passenger experience.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as a liaison between cabin crew, ground staff, pilots, and management.
Conduct pre-flight briefings to inform crew members about flight details and special requirements.
Prepare and submit regular reports on cabin crew performance, operational issues, and customer feedback.

Cultural Awareness and Diversity:

Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the cabin crew team.
Ensure cabin crew members are trained in cultural awareness to provide respectful service to all passengers.

Crisis and Emergency Management:

Ensure the cabin crew is prepared for emergencies, including medical incidents and security threats.
Lead the cabin crew in crisis situations, providing clear instructions to ensure passenger safety.

Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the development and implementation of cabin crew policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for improvement in cabin operations and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or similar role in the aviation industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Education and Experience:
