Air Nelson Ancillary Revenue Analyst
(Revenue Management Specialist)

We currently have an opportunity for an Ancillary Revenue Analyst (Revenue Management Specialist) to join us! In this dynamic role, you will deliver to customer needs and drive revenue growth through the development and sale of ancillary products & services. You will be responsible for supporting the ancillary strategy, provide recommendations for revenue optimisation and drive and identify key growth opportunities across our ancillary products.
The role you will play:
*Day to day review of our product portfolio to deliver to agreed revenue targets, leveraging data to gain a deep understanding of performance and opportunities
*Optimise pricing, product distribution and placement across the customer journey and touchpoints
*Be an expert and advocate for the product portfolios, enabling you to collaborate and guide internal and external stakeholders to deliver to the product outcomes
*Data analysis to understand opportunities to lift product awareness and attachment rates. This includes post implementation reviews and standardised KPI reporting
Monthly financial forecasting of our products
*Perform regular cross-functional reviews of products to set strategic direction and work with stakeholders to co-develop a road map of enhancements from fixes to new features and functionality
*Partner management with existing providers, and the management of the procurement strategy and process for securing new partners or contracts
*Build robust business cases to support identified initiatives and track and assess performance against agreed KPIs.
*To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years' experience at a commercial level working within a complex environment.
Our ideal candidate:
*Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Business Studies preferred, or equivalent experiential background
*Experience in revenue optimisation and negotiations is desirable
*Expertise in data analysis and data storytelling skills will be essential to provide insights into commercial decisions and projects
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence.
