Cockpit Crew Pilots Hiring Regional Express Airline.
As a member of the Cockpit Crew at Regional Express (Rex) Airline, pilots are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our regional aircraft. This role involves working closely with other crew members to deliver a high standard of service and safety to our passengers. Pilots at Rex must adhere to all aviation regulations and company policies while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Flight Preparation:
Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and prepared for the scheduled flight.
Review and analyze flight plans, weather conditions, and other relevant information to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to facilitate timely boarding and departure.
In-Flight Duties:
Operate the aircraft in collaboration with the Captain during all phases of flight, including takeoff, cruising, and landing.
Continuously monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communications to ensure compliance with safety standards and flight regulations.
Respond to any in-flight emergencies or passenger concerns in coordination with the flight and cabin crew.
Post-Flight Responsibilities:
Perform post-flight inspections to identify any issues or maintenance needs and report them appropriately.
Complete all necessary flight documentation, logs, and reports.
Participate in debriefing sessions with the Captain and flight crew to evaluate the flight and discuss any operational improvements.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Engage in regular training sessions, simulations, and evaluations to maintain proficiency and up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance within the flight crew.
Customer Service:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to provide excellent customer service throughout the flight.
Support the cabin crew in managing passenger interactions and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
Address passenger needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating.
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Experience:
Minimum of 1,500 flight hours, with significant experience in multi-engine, multi-crew operations.
Skills:
Comprehensive technical knowledge of aircraft systems and aviation regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions:
Variable working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Periods of extended travel, including overnight stays and international assignments.
Physically demanding responsibilities, such as operating aircraft controls and handling emergency situations.
