Job Summary:
The Inflight Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing inflight operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency. This role involves leading and supporting the cabin crew, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continually enhancing the passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, motivate, and support the inflight team to deliver exceptional service.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all inflight operations comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize inflight processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Customer Experience:
Enhance the passenger experience by implementing service improvements and handling customer feedback.
Training & Development:
Oversee the training and professional development of cabin crew members.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Crisis Management:
Manage and respond to inflight incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and crew.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless inflight operations and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inflight services or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in aviation management, hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism.
Certifications:
Current First Aid and CPR certification. Familiarity with aviation safety regulations (e.g., CAA).
Other:
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
