Collaborate with Airlines to understand their specific needs and ensure accurate, compelling job descriptions.
Manage our job board, keeping listings up-to-date and attracting top Aviation talent.
Foster a seamless user experience for both Airlines and job seekers.
Analyze job listing performance and implement data-driven strategies to boost user engagement.
Build strong relationships with Airlines and industry stakeholders.
Partner with marketing and development teams to promote job listings effectively.
Stay on top of Aviation recruitment trends and best practices.
Here's a glimpse of your daily tasks:
Connect with Airlines daily to source new openings.
Post opportunities on our job board with clear descriptions, shareable links, and relevant hashtags.
Use social media platforms like LinkedIn and Linktree to promote job listings.
Create short video explainers (4-5 minutes) for each opening.
Oversee our online Aviation Internship program.

Job Description:
As the HR Manager at Flying-Crews.com, your primary responsibility is to identify and post airline job openings in Australia (AU), Canada (CA), the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and New Zealand (NZ) on our job board. We will soon be expanding to include Zimbabwe (ZW).
You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our job listings are accurate and current, fostering connections between aviation professionals and airlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify job openings within the aviation industry in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, NZ, and ZW.
Collaborate with airlines to understand their recruitment needs.
Create and post job listings on the Flying-Crews.com job board, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Regularly update and maintain job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.
Engage with aviation professionals and job seekers to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.
Monitor job listing performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance user engagement.
Establish and maintain relationships with airlines and aviation industry stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote job listings effectively.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance the user experience on the Flying-Crews.com job board.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in aviation recruitment.
In this role, you will engage with six airlines daily for 30-45 minutes each to source new openings from their career sections. You'll also visit the official websites of these airlines to source additional opportunities. Your findings will be promptly published on our aviation job board, complete with a shareable URL link and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for tagging the respective airlines and creating 4-5 minute video job descriptions for all openings daily. As an HR Manager, it's essential to maintain a strong presence on all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram. Moreover, we are one of the largest providers of online aviation internships, and you'll be responsible for overseeing this aspect as well.
Main HR Responsibilities:
Interact with HR professionals and job seekers to enroll in our Pro HR Courses, ensuring a smooth HR experience on our platform.
Interact with MBA students and job seekers to enroll in our Campus To Corp (C2C) courses, ensuring a smooth HR experience on our platform.
Spotlight your success journey, start-up triumphs, and business acumen on our prominent blog-based platforms such as www.Portrait-Business-Woman.
