Great graduate opportunity to kick start your media career, learn & grow. MediaWorks are looking for two process driven, super organized and deadline focused Inventory Managers. You will be responsible to manage Radio commercial inventory, review advertising contracts and ensure all on air bookings meet our business guidelines. If you have a can do attitude, awesome attention to detail and strong communication skills - we would love to chat.
The Role
-Liaise with Sales teams & GMs of our different locations to effectively manage radio inventory
-Review advertising contracts and process these in accordance with business guidelines
-Escalate contracts that do not meet business guidelines to management
-Report on daily inventory availability and exception reporting to the leadership team
-Assist in the planning of sales products at branches NZ-wide
-Be familiar with all relevant Advertising Standards and Codes of Practice, ensure that they are followed
