RM Systems Analyst Qatar Airways
About the role:
We are hiring for your skills to leverage and share system knowledge across users. You will be responsible for supporting your line manager in improving and optimizing projects and ad hoc requests. In addition, we will conduct system performance analysis and evaluation of functionalities, highlighting areas for improvement. The role will be responsible for user support and maintenance of existing and new systems, as well as regularly performing testing and system upgrades.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role are listed below:
Administer the functional database and data sources of RM applications, ensuring data quality, compliance, and accuracy.
Ensure the normal operation of the RM system and promptly resolve system disruptions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure that the work processes are followed and executed, resulting in optimal usage of RM applications.
Liaise with I.T., external vendors, and RM resources to ensure the systems are integrated in the most optimal way.
Identify operational needs and proactively develop viable solutions to support RM analysts in their daily tasks.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Team.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in revenue management.
Knowledge of airline systems such as inventory, pricing, O&D revenue management, and group revenue management.
Good knowledge of revenue management system processes, applications, and technology.
Has good knowledge of project management and vendor management.
Knowledge of programming languages and coding skills would be preferred.
Strong analytical skills: ability to identify and resolve critical issues
