Attributes of an Ideal Candidate and What You’ll Do in This Role
3+ years in tech-related sales with top percentile performance. Early-stage B2B sales.
Loves sales. Fanatical hunter from cold to close. Sources contacts, generates leads, qualifies, advances, and closes. Gutsy. "The ask”.
Actively generates new leads. Reaching out in high quantity with quality. Cold-calling, cold-emailing, and cold-DMing. Blitzes events, socials, and more to create new relationships, understand needs, and effectively position leads to become warm leads.
Data-driven, leveraging CRM to track details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting. Harnesses tools and automation to optimize the sales engine.
Strong preference for startup or early-stage experience. Slight preference for real estate management, construction, or maintenance domain knowledge.
Sales pioneers who improve GTM motion across one or more products, refine the playbook, and package products a la carte and as a cohort. Establishes well-tuned ICPs.
Develops stakeholder relationships to bridge swift customer feedback to influence product strategic direction and catalyze marketing to drive inbound leads.
Think about the math of a sales engine, conversion rates, and end-to-end sales funnel and pipeline management. Strategic planning and efficient process creation are critical.
Compensation and requirements
Compensation is commensurate with skill set with a bias toward equity to ensure shareholder alignment, hunger, and “skin in the game”.

Work from home, living locally in Austin (within 30 miles of downtown) for community purposes. Open to remote on an exception basis.
