PAL Airlines is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team of dedicated professionals throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario.


Locations:


St. John’s, NL Gander, NL Deer Lake, NL


Wabush, NL St. Anthony, NL Goose Bay, NL


Churchill Falls, NL Moncton, NB Ottawa, ON


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with all aspects of their booking, flight check-in, and aircraft boarding and deplaning, in compliance with our Customer Service rules, company protocols, and safety and regulatory processes.


  • Responsible for ensuring the safe passage of our passengers to and from our aircraft, as well as providing any additional help as needed.


  • We provide exceptional customer service to our consumers.


  • Working with the PAL Airlines team on generating new Customer Service initiatives and concepts.


  • Administrative duties and reporting for PAL Airlines scheduled and charter flights.


  • Work collaboratively with all PAL Airlines departments to ensure that our clients have a positive experience from start to finish.


Qualifications:

The selected candidate must have at least one year of experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced workplace.

Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.

Must have great customer service abilities.


As this work includes on-the-spot decision making, you must have great writing and spoken communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.

Must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative setting.
