This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, based in Auckland only.
About the role:
*Understanding and identifying customers' needs to tailor solutions, whilst ensuring the right outcome for the customer when managing inbound calls
*Assisting customers with complex booking changes, requiring problem solving, whilst managing customer's expectations
*Identifying opportunities to sell an even greater flying experience to our customers
*An opportunity to gain skills and experience in a vibrant 24/7 global Contact Centre, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development and internal progression

*Role information:
Contract: Full-time, permanent
*Shift Type: We have vacancies on our mid shift roster, with start times varying between 1015-1345. Each shift is 8.5 hours. You will need to be available to work weekends.
Location: Auckland Central - at our Hub on Fanshawe Street. You must be able to commit to an on-site training course to be considered. (flexible working options may be available once full training has been completed).
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided throughout your onboarding journey. You will learn all about our brand and products as well as our technical processes and systems.

You have positive enthusiasm, energy, and drive to exceed customer expectations with demonstrated high levels of resilience and patience to cope with the unexpected
You're able to display genuine kindness and empathize with customers and resolve queries
You're a tech savvy superstar that can pick up new systems quickly!
You have awareness of knowing when the products and services on offer can become part of a great experience in enhancing the Customer journey.
