Position Overview:
Emirates is currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our prestigious cabin crew team. As a cabin crew member with Emirates, you will play a pivotal role in providing world-class service and ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers throughout their journey. From the moment they step on board until they reach their destination, you will represent the epitome of Emirates' hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers on board with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable and comfortable experience from the outset.
- Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and stowing carry-on luggage, providing personalized attention and assistance as needed.
- Anticipate and respond to passengers' needs and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.
- Serve meals, beverages, and amenities with precision and flair, showcasing Emirates' renowned hospitality and attention to detail.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the cabin environment, including lavatories and emergency equipment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow cabin crew members and flight deck crew to ensure seamless coordination and communication during all phases of the flight.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
- Minimum height of 160 cm (barefoot) and arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes) to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional language proficiency considered an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
