Position Overview:

United Airlines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Airport Manager to oversee Airport operations across various locations in the United States. The Airport Manager will ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, playing a crucial role in maintaining seamless Airport operations and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily Airport operations, including terminal facilities, ground handling, passenger services, and baggage operations.

Ensure compliance with all Aviation regulations, safety protocols, and United Airlines policies.

Lead, mentor, and manage Airport staff, including customer service representatives, ground crews, and security personnel.

Collaborate with Aviation authorities, Airlines, and service providers to enhance Airport services and optimize operational efficiency.

Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to improve service quality and operational performance.

Prepare and manage budgets, oversee procurement, and maintain financial records related to Airport operations.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain high service standards.

Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Airport operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in Airport management or a related role within the Aviation industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

Comprehensive knowledge of Aviation regulations, safety standards, and Airport operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operational challenges.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with flexibility to handle varied responsibilities.
