Exciting Job Opportunity for B2 Licensed Technicians at AirTanker UK

Overview: AirTanker seeks experienced B2 licensed technicians with at least one type rating on their license. Successful candidates will be offered an A330 Type course. This role involves performing aircraft maintenance tasks to meet company and regulatory standards, in collaboration with the Shift Manager, to fulfill customer contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
Certify all servicing and maintenance tasks as per company and regulatory standards.
Supervise technical staff, ensuring safe and correct performance of duties.
Manage aircraft documentation and certification entries.
Be available for short-notice AOG recovery operations.
Discuss technical issues and scheduled inputs with Maintrol.
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety requirements.
Foster a just culture, encouraging open reporting and building a corporate safety culture.

Requirements for SR Status:

Must be British, Irish, a Commonwealth citizen, or hold dual British citizenship.
Must be medically and dentally fit, and maintain required fitness levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience with commercial or military aircraft.
One or more type ratings (preferably Airbus) on EASA License or Military Equivalent.
Experience in a line maintenance environment.
