Position Overview:
The Training Manager at Flydubai is responsible for overseeing and managing the training programs for all employees to ensure they meet the airline's operational standards and contribute effectively to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for various departments, including cabin crew, ground staff, and pilots.
Assess training needs and design programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and compliant.
Manage the training budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in training and development, such as CPTM or ATD, are highly desirable.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in the aviation industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, standards, and procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using training management systems and tools.
