Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Inspections and Audits:
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of aircraft maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Documentation Review:
Verify that all maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Defect Reporting:
Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformities in maintenance processes or aircraft conditions.
Corrective Actions:
Recommend and oversee corrective actions to address identified issues, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence.
Process Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance procedures and overall operational efficiency.
Training and Mentoring:
Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on quality standards and best practices.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to current requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or quality assurance roles.
Education:
Certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., CASA, FAA, EASA) and industry standards.
Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
