Job Opportunity : Airworthiness Manager at HellAir in UK

As the (Junior) Airworthiness Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our helicopter fleet. Your responsibilities will include maintenance planning, runtime monitoring, and organizing special inspections.

In this role, you will oversee the meticulous tracking of 10,000 runtime-monitored components and inspections for our helicopter fleet. You will ensure that all inspections and component changes are completed on schedule, maintaining the highest standards of airworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Planning:

Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans for our helicopter fleet.
Schedule regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of planned maintenance tasks.

Runtime Monitoring:

Monitor the runtime of helicopter components and systems to ensure they are within safe operational limits.
Use advanced tracking systems to keep detailed records of component usage and performance.
Identify components approaching the end of their service life and plan for their replacement.

Organizing Special Inspections:

Plan and organize special inspections for critical components and systems.
Ensure that special inspections are carried out according to regulatory standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate with external inspection agencies and internal teams to ensure thorough and timely inspections.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance activities, inspection results, and component performance.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on inspection and monitoring data.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices in airworthiness and maintenance management.
Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance planning and inspections.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining the airworthiness and operational readiness of our helicopter fleet, ensuring safety and reliability at all times.
