Key Responsibilities:

Project a professional company image
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company requirements
Prioritize safety and report any potential safety concerns promptly
Inspire and motivate Cabin Crew, fostering a positive work environment
Maintain company standards for appearance, grooming, and behavior of the Cabin Crew
Support and train crew members, addressing performance issues as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting customer needs
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Cabin Crew duties and responsibilities
Coordinate in-flight services, promoting the company’s image through personal conduct
Adhere to responsibilities outlined in the company’s SMS, Safety & Quality, HF/NTS, and core values

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in the aviation industry and on a similar aircraft type as a Cabin Supervisor
2 years of experience as operational Cabin Crew on the Airbus or similar aircraft
Successful completion of Cabin Supervisor course and line check
Successful completion of the practical component of the latest SEP course
Current Australian Senior First Aid Certificate (valid for 12 months)
Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol 'Statement of Attainment' (to be obtained before finalizing the recruitment process)
Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Fluency in English
Ability to swim unaided in clothing for 50 meters and tread water for 3 minutes
Excellent health and fitness; normal ear, nose, and throat function
Adequate vision with or without glasses
Ability to travel within Australia and overseas as required
Successful completion of year 12 or equivalent study
Previous experience on the Airbus or similar aircraft is highly regarded
