Job Opportunity: Cabin Crew in Air Arabia UAE

Job Purpose

Act as Air Arabia’s ambassador, promoting customer loyalty and a positive corporate image.
Enhance the customer experience while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.
Maintain readiness and fitness to operate in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct:

Safety Measures:

Instruct passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
Identify safety and security risks and collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor for remedial actions.
Administer first aid as needed.
Report any irregularities or malfunctions to Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain promptly.

Customer Service:

Welcome and assist passengers during boarding; log necessary data per procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
Assist stressed passengers in accordance with policies and procedures.
Promote on-board meals, products, and charity services to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
Handle cash and credit card payments securely.

Crosschecking and Reports:

Perform pre-flight checks for supplies and equipment; report deficiencies.
Ensure the aircraft cabin is clean, re-catered, and stocked with duty-free products.
Oversee the handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
Conduct post-flight briefing and assessment reports; evaluate Cabin Supervisor and report discrepancies.
Act as Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience as cabin crew or in customer service within Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality is a plus.
Active cabin crew license is advantageous.
Able to work in shifts and extended hours.
Flexible and adaptable to frequent changes and busy schedules.
Ability to deliver against policies, procedures, and KPIs.
