Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Manage and train ground operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and assess the performance of ground handling service providers.
Handle any operational issues or disruptions promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records and reports on ground operations activities.
Ensure the timely and efficient turnaround of aircraft.
Implement and enforce Flydubai's ground operations policies and procedures.
Address passenger concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in aviation management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ground operations within the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and ground handling procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using ground operations management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of Flydubai's operations and procedures.
Multilingual abilities, particularly in Arabic and English.
