Job Description:
As a Reservation Agent at Southwest Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with excellent service and ensuring their travel plans are arranged smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies.
Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions related to their travel.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the customer’s travel experience.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
