Position Overview:

Jetstar Airways is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team in Australia. The Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure the highest standards of performance and compliance within our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for various roles within the airline.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements: 

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Aviation Management, or a related field.

Advanced certifications in training and development or aviation training are preferred.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training management within the aviation industry.

Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards in aviation.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of aviation industry regulations, including CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training solutions.

Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
