Job Description:

Jet2.com is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing Agent to join our team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing ticketing operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Process ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Assist customers with flight inquiries and ticket-related issues.

Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.

Manage and resolve booking discrepancies and customer complaints.

Provide accurate fare quotes and information on flight schedules.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and industry standards.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

Utilize airline reservation systems and software to manage bookings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in travel, tourism, or related fields is a plus.

Previous experience in airline ticketing or customer service is preferred.

Proficiency in using airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
