Job Description:
As a Ticketing Agent Staff at Air Arabia, you will be responsible for handling reservations, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers. Key Responsibilities:
Reservations and Ticketing:
Handle flight reservations and ticket issuance for passengers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies.
Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with inquiries, changes, and other travel-related needs.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Sales:
Promote and sell Air Arabia products and services, including upgrades, add-ons, and loyalty programs.
Documentation:
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of passenger records in the reservation system.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers, colleagues, and other departments.
Compliance:
Adhere to airline policies, regulations, and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in travel and tourism or related fields are preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in airline ticketing, reservations, or a related customer service role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using reservation systems and ticketing software.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
