Job Overview:

Etihad Airways is seeking dedicated and efficient Ground Operations Staff to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth ground operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and excellence of our airline services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and efficient turnaround of aircraft, including coordination with various departments.

Oversee the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Assist in the boarding and disembarking of passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Perform security checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ground operations activities.

Collaborate with ground handling teams, flight crew, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in aviation-related fields are a plus.

Previous experience in ground operations or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the aviation industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
